This Crown Verity DS-1 dump station is designed specifically for use with Crown Verity PF-1 and PF-2 outdoor portable fryers that have optional RES removable end shelves installed. The dump station includes one full size 6 deep food pan and one 4 deep full size perforated pan to help you quickly dry excess oil off of your fried foods.
